About

Picture of Lyn Jardine

Lyn is a graduate of both Robert Gordon University and the University of Stirling.  She has worked in the housing field for over 15 years in a variety of frontline, management and strategic roles during this time.  Prior to setting up as an independent housing consultant, Lyn was employed by the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland as the Policy and Practice Officer, carrying out research, representing the profession at a national level and managing projects across a number of areas.

Lyn takes her skills and experience to a variety of voluntary activities. As Chair of the Board of Disabled Persons Housing Service Aberdeen she played a pivotal role in overseeing the provision and development of a dedicated housing advice service for disabled people, their family and carers in the city.  As Treasurer of Stonehaven and District Community Council she continues to work to develop clear strategies and action plans to ensure effective representation of the community at local and national levels. In addition, Lyn coordinates fundraising for the re-establishment of allotments in Stonehaven.
